It is widely accepted that bananas are a fruit of Paradise and the Almighty Allah SWT spoke of this fruit as a blessed creations He has prepared for the companions of the right in the afterlife in paradise where he said,
Bananas should always be eaten when they are ripe , for example, when the skin of the fruit reaches full color and brown spots appear on it . It is best if eaten with a little sugar or honey before meals rather than later. They are also ideal for a snack between meals.
Eating bananas is especially beneficial for those suffering from inflammation of the lungs / chest like asthma or wheezing and other lung diseases. Bananas are good for sore throat and recurrent cough. Bananas also have kidney ulcers , ulcers in the bladder and may help prevent some forms of cancer.
Research on banana tells us that banana can help children recover faster from diarrhea than other soft foods do.
